🗓️ Tour Itinerary (3 Days)

Day 1: Exploring Khulna, Herbaria, and Harbaria
The trip begins with a journey from Khulna to the Jailkhanaaghat, then continues to the Andharmanikceco-tourism point, which is known for its Sundari and Gewan trees. This forest is described as a rare example of nature's phenomena.
The main focus of the day is the Harbaria Eco Tourism Center, which features the biggest littoral mangrove forest in the world.
Highlights: Crocodile sanctuary, saltwater crocodiles, deer, wild boar, monkeys, kingfishers, and a variety of birds. You can also spot fresh tiger footprints here.
Overnight: You'll reach Katka by evening and spend the night there.
Day 2: Wildlife and Nature at Kotka and Kochikhali
This day is dedicated to cruising through the mangrove canal by boat, focusing on Kotka (Jamitola) and Kochikhali for wildlife viewing and bird-watching.
Kotka: Known for many rare and exotic animals and birds. You can hear nature's music and witness the next day's wildlife activities from the boat or while having breakfast. The main highlight is the chance to see a herd of Deer.
Kochikhali: Located to the east of Kotka and a popular spot for tiger sightings. You'll see dense forests and trails of numerous marine and land creatures.
Afternoon: The itinerary includes boating along the canals crossing the area to spot crocodiles, deer, lizards, wild boar, and many birds. There's a rest house available at Kochikhali.
Evening: Enjoy a Dinner Chor in the late afternoon.
Overnight: You'll return to and stay overnight at Karamjal.
Day 3: Crocodile Breeding at Karamjal
The final day focuses on the Karamjal wildlife center.
Highlights: This center is popular for its crocodile breeding center and is one of Bangladesh's most wonderful visiting places in the Sundarbans. It's a key spot to appreciate and view the most precious species of the Sundarbans.
The tour ends by visiting the Karamjal Eco-tourism & Deer breeding center.

- The tour operator will be responsible for the operation of the tours and excursions as mentioned under the normal situation. So, for personal accidents, sickness, loss of baggage during the tour, delay or cancellation of an air flight, any political problem resulting in an unusual situation to conduct a tour, etc, Bookme shall not be directly responsible.
- While the tour operator will be responsible for extending all possible assistance in overcoming those problems, the guest must pay any extra cost incurred due to these problems.

Cancellation*
To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.

Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.
This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
*Refund*
80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.
*Child Policy*
No fee will be needed for children below the age of three (3). No separate seat will be provided in case of transportation and accommodation.
75% fee must be paid for any child between the age of four (4) and ten (10) years old.
Full amount of money must be paid for anyone above ten (10) years old.
