Tour Plan
🔷 Day 1:

On the scheduled day, our guide will receive you at the Jailkhana Ghat in Khulna and take you to the ship. After checking into your room, you will be served breakfast. On the way to Mongla Port, you will see the Rupsha Bridge, Khulna Shipyard, and the Rampal Power Plant from the ship.

By around 2–3 PM, you will arrive at Andharmanik or Harbaria and visit the Andharmanik/Harbaria Eco-Tourism Center. After that, you’ll journey through small canals within the forest toward Kotka Wildlife Sanctuary, arriving at approximately 9–10 PM. Overnight stay on the ship.

🔷 Day 2:

Early in the morning, take a country boat cruise through the canals near Kotka. After that, walk through the deep forest via the watchtower and Jamtola, and visit the sea beach. Return for breakfast, then visit the Kotka-Sarankhola Wildlife Sanctuary, where you can often see herds of deer.

After returning to the ship, we will set off toward Kochikhali. The ship will sail close to the jungle through narrow canals — a truly breathtaking experience. Visit Dimer Char for sea bathing. In the afternoon, explore the Kochikhali Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoy the thrill of the Sundarbans. After sunset, return to the ship for a BBQ dinner and overnight stay.

🔷 Day 3:

After breakfast, visit the Karamjal Eco-Tourism Center. Around 10 AM, explore the crocodile breeding center at Karamjal. By noon, begin the return journey toward Khulna. Arrival in Khulna is expected in the late afternoon or early evening (around 4–5 PM), from where you will depart for Dhaka.

  • Additional charges will be applied as permit fee for foreigner/non Bangladeshi traveler as per government regulation.
  • National ID card to be provided on booking.
  • All mentioned durations and activities are subject to change depending on tide, weather and safety conditions.
  • The tour operator will responsible for the operation of the tours and excursions as mentioned under the normal situation. So, for personal accident, sickness, loss of baggage during the tour, delay or cancellation of air flight, any political problem resulting in an unusual situation to conduct a tour, etc. we shall not be directly responsible. While the tour operator will responsible for extending all possible assistance in overcoming those problems, but the guest must pay any extra cost incurred due to these problems.
  • The time mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change due to weather condition, tides in the river, convenience of the travelers and other unavoidable circumstances. Travelers are requested to cooperate with the operator/host/organizer in case of such circumstance.
  • The travelers are requested to contact with the tour operator/host/organizer incase they face any kind of trouble/problem during the tour.
  • No alcohol will be available for sale on board.
  • No phone signal works inside the deeper forest. But at some point, you will get a phone signal to call the emergency. If you use Bangladeshi TeleTalk SIM, we’ll get better coverage in a remote area like Kotka.

  1. Dispose of Waste Properly: Please refrain from dropping any items into the water or within the jungle. Utilize the designated "Bin" on the boat to dispose of waste responsibly.
  2. Fire Safety: Smoking and any form of fire are strictly prohibited within the cabins for the safety of all passengers.
  3. Conservation of Resources: Please use water and electricity efficiently, considering the limited resources available during the cruise.
  4. Timely Meals: To ensure smooth operations, kindly adhere to meal timings.
  5. Child Supervision: Keep a watchful eye on your children to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
  6. Valuables Protection: Take necessary precautions to safeguard your valuables during the journey.
  7. Liability Notice: Understand that GoZayaan or the tour operator will not be held responsible for accidents, theft, loss, or damages. Travelers are encouraged to take necessary precautions.
  8. Booking Changes: If you need to change your booking date or cancel, it's imperative to inform the tour operator in advance.
  9. Preserving the Environment: Littering is strictly prohibited in the river, along the shore, and at tourist spots. Please maintain the cleanliness of these areas.
  10. Respect for Nature: Avoid making noise, disturbing animals, or damaging plant life, respecting the natural ecosystem.
  11. Seat/Cabin Adjustments: In certain situations, the authorities might need to modify seat or cabin assignments for operational reasons.
  12. Forest Regulations: Travelers are kindly requested to adhere to the rules and regulations of the forest authorities.

  1. Stay Together: Always remain in a group while inside the jungle. Avoid solitary exploration for safety reasons.

  3. Communication: If you encounter any issues, communicate exclusively with your assigned tour guide, who is trained to handle various situations.
  4. Appropriate Attire: Opt for jungle-friendly attire, avoiding bright colors that might disturb the natural environment.
  5. Minimize Scents: Avoid using perfumes while in the jungle, as scents can imitate wildlife and disrupt their behavior.
  6. Respecting the Reserve: Recognize that the Sundarbans is a reserved forest without human habitation. In unforeseen circumstances, remain calm and follow the guide's instructions to manage the situation effectively.

Cancellation*
  
To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to *bookmebdltd@gmail.com* mentioning the tour booking ID, phone number and details about the cancellation.  
Travelers are responsible for notifying Bookme of any cancellations as soon as possible.  
The email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to Bookme's hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.  
The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.  
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, Bookme may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at Bookme's discretion.  
If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.  
This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation voucher/invoice for the most up-to-date information.  
Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.  
This cancellation policy may not be applicable in case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc.  
This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

*Refund*  
80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Fourteen (14) to Twenty-One (21) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Refund will not be provided if the tour is cancelled less than Seven (7) days before the beginning of the experience/tour.  
Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.  
All refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.

*Child Policy*  
No fee will be needed for children below the age of three (3). No separate seat will be provided in case of transportation and accommodation.  
75% fee must be paid for any child between the age of four (4) and ten (10) years old.  
Full amount of money must be paid for anyone above ten (10) years old.
